– 【From counselor】 —————–
This is Ishihara from the consultation room.
We would like to extend our deepest sympathies to those who have suffered flood damage in Kyushu and other parts of Japan, and to everyone involved.
In July, I feel that the restrictions are gradually being relaxed while searching for countermeasures against new coronavirus infections. According to the students who are using consultation room, I think that while classes are continued online, research is being resumed more.
As shown in “New Hokkaido Style,” I think it is necessary to continue taking thorough measures to reduce the risk of infection and to acquire new lifestyle patterns.
Due to the self-restraint that began in early spring, many people are less likely to commute to work or attend school, resulting in more spending time at home. Work, research, and study did not proceed as expected of you, but I think you was able to spend your time with patience.
I think that many of us are working hard to alleviate those frustrations by gradually relaxing our behavioral restrictions and returning to the workplace or laboratory.I would like you to be careful about the accumulation of fatigue.
When we enter a new environment or work on something new, we try to adapt with considerable energy to make it happen. The higher your motivation, the harder you are and the more energy you consume, you are tired and the more you accumulate.
Every year, the fatigue of a new life, which started in April, overflows at a stretch over a long vacation, and some people feel unwell. This is the so-called May disease. I think something similar to this will happen after July.
I think that the feeling of trying to catch up with the delay from April to June will be overwhelmed. so some people will do their best, so it is more important that We managiment fatigue ourself.
The brain has become accustomed to long-standing self-restraint. It takes a certain amount of time to switch between them.It may be a lot of work to do, but you pay more attention to your sleep, meals, and leisure time, let get rid of your fatigue.
