なんでも相談室では、工学系部局の皆様へカウンセラーのコメントや
利用状況等について定期的（年６回）に発信させていただいております。

あけましておめでとうございます。相談室の石原です。
本年もどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

先月、こころの健康セミナーをオンライン形式で開催し、昨年に引き続き
相談室での相談事例をもとに学生のおかれがちなストレス状況について
お話をいたしました。
今年は「就活」「発達障害」「留年」をキーワードに3つの事例を取り上げ、
その背景や問題特性、対応について考えてみました。

相談室に寄せられる相談は、内容やその対処も千差万別、個別性の高い
ものではありますが、意図的にキーワードをおいてカテゴライズすることで、
問題の受け止め方、対処の考え方を改めて整理できるのではと考えております。

問題は多くの場合相談室が関わるだけでは解決の難しいもので、教職員の
みなさんや学生同士のつながりがとても重要な役割を担っています。
問題の渦中にいる方の困難な状況について、画一的ではなく多面的に受け
止めることから工学部のメンタルヘルス状況はさらにブラッシュアップ
されていくのではと考えておりますので、今年も引き続き多くの方に関心

Last month, we held a mental health seminar online, where we
talked about stress situations that students are prone to,
based on cases of consultation in the counseling room, as we
did last year.
This year, we took up three cases with the keywords of
“job hunting,” “developmental disorders,” and
“repetition of a grade,” and considered the background,
problem characteristics, and responses.

Consultations received at the Consultation Room vary greatly
in content and how they are handled, and are highly
individualized, but by intentionally categorizing them using
keywords, we can reorganize the way we perceive problems and
how to deal with them. I think it can be done. We would

In many cases, problems are difficult to resolve with just the
involvement of the Counseling Office, and the connections
between faculty, staff, and students play a very important role.
We believe that the mental health situation of the Faculty of
Engineering will be further improved by considering the difficult
situations of those who are in the middle of problems from a
multifaceted rather than a uniform perspective, so this year
we will continue to receive many people. Thank you for your
